Phoenix Tea Factory の茶師・チェン氏が、GABA烏龍茶の製作中に試しに仕上げてみたところ、想像以上にやわらかく、美しい風味が生まれた——それがこの GABA JADE (ギャバ ジェイド) です。どこかクセになる、ユニークな一杯。空気に触れても発酵が進まないため、緑茶らしいすっきりとした清々しさがそのまま残ります。一方で、空気を遮ると発酵が深まり、甘い花の香りやドライフルーツのような余韻が生まれます。緑茶の軽やかさに、GABA発酵がもたらすやわらかな甘みを重ねた、ちょっと特別な緑茶です。

While crafting GABA Oolong Tea, Master Chen of Formosa Phoenix Tea Factory experimented with a green tea version—and the result was surprisingly soft, clean, and beautifully balanced. A unique cup with a quietly addictive character. Because fermentation doesn't progress when exposed to air, it retains the clean, refreshing quality of green tea. But when sealed away from air, fermentation deepens, bringing out sweet floral notes and a dried-fruit finish. It's a rather special green tea—green tea's lightness layered with the gentle sweetness that GABA fermentation brings.
