Smoke Between（スモークビトウィーン）は、燻製茶ラプサンスーチョンから着想を得た台湾紅茶。繊細な甘さに温かいスモーキーさが調和し、紅茶でありながら烏龍茶のような深さを持つ。素朴で優しい味わいが特徴です。1、2、3杯目と味わいが移ろい、その変化も楽しめます。チェン氏が試行錯誤を重ねて生み出した、懐かしい台湾の風景を思い出させるお茶です。

Smoke Between — inspired by Lapsang Souchong, this Taiwanese black tea blends delicate sweetness with warm smoky notes. Though it's a black tea, it carries the depth of oolong, and each infusion reveals new layers of flavor. Born from Mr. Chen's careful experimentation, it evokes the gentle, timeless character of Taiwan.
